There are approximately 100 licensed adult
family and group facilities in Hamilton County that are contracted and / or
affiliated with CCHB. Each facility provides personal care services to
residents that have been diagnosed with mental illness or a dual diagnosis
such as substance abuse (SA/MI) or mental retardation (MI/MR). Each facility
was developed to promote and motivate residents towards independent living.
The Home Administrators Extended Living Program (H.E.L.P.) and "Quick Access
Housing" are two specialized programs offered by Residential Services that
are designed to meet specific needs of consumers.
